Referral Information

Evolution Clinical Counseling and Services welcomes professional, court, and community referrals for teens and adults seeking mental health treatment, evaluations, and court-related services. All services are provided in a supportive, confidential, and ethically sound clinical environment.

Referral services include individual and supportive therapy, mental health and substance use evaluations (including ASAM-based assessments), court-approved anger management groups and assessments, and forensic evaluations. Services are offered in person and through secure virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility while maintaining high standards of clinical care and accountability.

Referrals are reviewed and processed promptly. When applicable, required documentation, attendance verification, and completion reports are provided in accordance with court orders and referral guidelines. Collaboration with referral sources is available as clinically appropriate and in alignment with ethical standards.
